Yes. Three separate logins, each seeing only what they should:
Members log in with their phone number + a PIN and can only ever see their own card, plan, and payments — never anyone else’s. Trainers see only their own clients. You (the owner) get the full dashboard behind a password.
The database itself is locked down so a member’s phone can only pull that member’s record — even if someone were tech-savvy and tried. PINs are stored encrypted, not as plain text, and repeated wrong-PIN guesses get locked out.
Honest note: today it’s a phone + PIN login (simple, so non-tech members can actually use it). If you ever want bank-style OTP-on-every-login, that can be added later.No. There is no screen, link, or trick in the member app that shows one member another member’s details. The database is set to “deny everything by default,” and each member’s app can only ever request its own data. We specifically test for this.
Verified: members are fully walled off from each other. The app lives in the cloud, so it needs a connection to load fresh data. Here’s the honest picture and the workaround:
The dashboard and kiosk work on any internet — if your gym wifi drops, the same screen works on your phone’s mobile data. Members’ apps keep showing their last-loaded card and info even with a weak signal.
Honest note: there’s no full “works completely offline” mode. In practice a phone hotspot at the desk covers a wifi outage, and no attendance is ever lost — it syncs the moment you’re back online.Deliberately simple. A trainer opens the same app, logs in with their phone + PIN, and sees exactly three things: today’s clients, a one-tap nudge button, and a place to leave a note for a member. That’s it — no menus to get lost in.
Most trainers get it in five minutes. The Day-3 one-hour session (see “Going live”) covers everything with time to spare.
If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this. You don’t re-type anyone. On Day 2 of going live, hand over your existing list (register photo, Excel, or WhatsApp — whatever you have) and we import it for you — names, phones, and where each membership stands.
After that, a member just opens the app, enters their phone number and a PIN, and they’re in. New members you add yourself in under a minute.
Honest note: the bulk import is a one-time step we do with you, not something you have to figure out alone. You have a direct line to the person who built it (not a call-centre). Your data sits in professional cloud infrastructure with automatic backups, so nothing is “lost” if a phone breaks or an app is reinstalled — you log back in and it’s all there.
For the first week after launch, we’re on standby (see “Going live”). After that, a quick message gets a quick fix.
One person who knows the whole system, reachable directly.No. Anything with a web browser runs the owner dashboard and the front-desk kiosk — the laptop or tablet you already have, or even your phone. Members use their own phones for the member app.
Zero new hardware. Use what you’ve got.Yes. PT runs as a monthly slot: you place a member with a trainer at an hour, and the whole PT floor shows up as a clear grid — who’s with which coach, in 1:1 or small groups. Fees and renewals are tracked like any other due. Trainers see their day in their own app.
Honest note: the app models PT as recurring monthly slots (which fits how most gyms run coaching), not as drop-in class bookings with a public timetable.Still wondering something? Jot it in the feedback form and it’ll get a straight answer.
